ButterBond Technologies LLP ("ClassHQ", "we", "us") offers a free 14-day activation trial and does not auto-charge any customer when the trial ends. This policy applies only to paid subscriptions and message top-ups, and is provided to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Free 14-day trial
The trial is genuinely free and requires no card. WhatsApp sending pauses when the trial ends and your data is preserved. Nothing to cancel and no refund applies because no payment is taken.
Monthly subscriptions
Paid monthly subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Pro) can be cancelled at any time from inside the app or by emailing hello@classhq.in. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. The current month continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds for the current month are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the most recent charge, if the platform was largely unusable and we were unable to resolve the issue. Email hello@classhq.in with your account email and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Annual subscriptions
If you switch to annual billing, you may cancel within 14 days of the annual charge for a pro-rated refund of the unused months, minus any WhatsApp message charges already incurred. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain valid until the end of the paid term.
WhatsApp message top-ups
Top-up message credits do not expire and roll over indefinitely. Because credits are consumed against per-message charges levied by Meta and our messaging partners, purchased credits are non-refundable once delivered to your account. Unused credits remain available as long as your account is active.
Disputes and chargebacks
We prefer to resolve concerns directly. Before raising a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer, please email hello@classhq.in so we can review and respond within 3 business days.
Data after cancellation
Your student, contact, fee and communication data can be exported any time. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days so you can return without losing records, then permanently deleted. Email hello@classhq.in to request immediate deletion.
