Service
ClassHQ provides cloud software for coaching centers to manage admissions, fees, batches, attendance, and parent communication. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You are responsible for information entered into your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
- You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- You must have appropriate consent to store and message student and parent contact data.
Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website or your order form. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy communicated at purchase.
WhatsApp & third-party services
WhatsApp messaging and payment integrations depend on third-party providers. You are responsible for complying with their terms and with applicable telecom and messaging regulations in India.
Disclaimer & liability
ClassHQ is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
